Join me and bring your partner on a date to learn about (and TASTE) some botanical beverages! What a fun way to enjoy a Valentine’s Day weekend. At the turn of the century, pharmacies in Europe and America prepared homemade tinctures, bitters, and herbal remedies mixed with alcohol for curative benefit for everything from poor digestion to the common cold. Everyone knows about herbal teas but what other fun ways can you consume your herbs? 

Join us to discover the history of these botanical beverages and learn how you can make them at home. We will discuss, create, and taste both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. This is a 21-year-old and older class only (ID required). A handout of recipes will be provided. 

Class fee includes supply fee for beverage tastings and samples provided.

Refund Policy: All refunds will be charged a $5.00 inconvenience fee. No refunds or cancellations 5 days or less prior to class.

PLEASE NOTE: We are required to follow the COVID regulations put forth by the City of Chandler, Maricopa County, and the Governor’s office. Due to these restrictions, class sizes are currently limited to 12 people maximum and masks or a face covering are required to be worn while in class.
