- A comprehensive, personalized herbal wellness plan that includes diet and lifestyle suggestions along with resources to help meet your goals.
- Two 45 minute follow-up consultations to be used within 6 months

Follow-up consultations are offered to existing clients as a check-in to review their progression in their health journey and discuss new issues that have arisen.
Herbal recommendations will be re-evaluated depending on individual situations.
Follow-up appointments can take anywhere from 45-60 minutes and are for established clients only.
