Herbal Medicine for Beginners

Are you new to the world of herbal medicine and confused about what herbs can do for you? What do you use them for? How do you take them? More and more people are jumping into the world of natural remedies and herbal medicine and are looking for some guidance. 

You will learn:

• History of herbal medicine
• Types of herbal remedies and how you take them
• Where to buy your herbs and what to look for.
• How to prepare a medicinal herbal tea
• An in-depth look at my “Top 10” herbs to get started with

Handouts will be provided.

NOTE: We will use Zoom to conduct this remote virtual learning experience. You will receive the link to the Zoom meeting via email after payment and registration and approximately 24 hours prior to the start of class. Please provide an email address when registering that you monitor closely for class information. This class will be recorded and the link will be sent to the email address you registered with. The recording will be available for replay for 7 days. 

Our virtual classes are more personalized and interactive, so we have a limited number of spaces available. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy: We can only offer refunds on classes cancelled at least 48 hours before the event. All credit card refunds will be charged a $5.00 fee due to bank processing fees.
