Fresh Chaparral / Creosote Bundle
If you love the smell of the Arizona desert after it rains, you know the scent of chaparral (creosote). Each bundle is handpicked fresh from the chaparral/creosote bush (Larrea tridentata) and tied by hand. It’s harvested and shipped on the same day so it arrives as fresh as possible.
Depending on the season, your bundle may have green leaves, bright yellow flowers, fluffy white seed heads, or just leaves alone.
Hang it in your shower, out of the direct stream of water. The steam brings out that familiar desert-rain scent each time you shower. You can also hang it in a room or burn it as part of your own energy-cleansing practice.
For herbalists and makers, the fresh branches can be used to make botanical oil infusions for salves and other topical preparations. And if you know someone who misses Arizona, a bundle makes a lovely little piece of the desert to send their way.
Each bundle is approximately 3-4 oz when fresh, though individual bundles range from 2–4 oz. As a natural, freshly harvested product, it will gradually dry and change in appearance and scent over time.
Not for internal use.
